Tips
1) After connected to iTalk voice instruction, you may interupt the instruction by directly dial in the destination number or press * for menu
2) While listening to the menu instruction, you may interupt the instruction by directlty pressing the relevant functions key menu preferred e.g. 2 to check balance.
How to activate

Purchase a new iTalk at any TMpoint outlet nationwide including other outlets displaying the iTalk signage. The purchased iTalk will be valid for 3 months upon activation. You may activate your iTalk card by the easy steps as shown below:

To Activate Through Mobile

Step 1
Dial 1 800 87 3636

Step 2
Enter your card number

Step 3
Select preferred Language and press #1 to confirm

Step 4
You will be able to dial your destination directly followed with #

To Call Through Activated Mobile

Step 1
Dial 1 800 87 3636

Step 2
Enter your destination directly followed with # or press * for menu

Step 3
You will get an announcement "talktime is ** mins" before call gets connected

To Activate from Fixed line

Step 1

Enter your card number

Select Preferred Language and press #1 to confirm

Dial your destination directly followed with # or press * for menu

Press * and choose menu 5 to activate telephone number

Step 6
Press 1 to activate new phone number and confirm

Dial the Access number to Malaysia from the country you are in

Enter your destination number (03-12345678) followed by #

Step 5
You will get an announcement "talktime is ** mins" before call gets connected.
