The promo rate is only applicable from 1.00a.m. until 5.00a.m. everyday during the promo period.
Can I enjoy the promotion rate if I make calls out of the promotion time?
No. Any calls made out of the promotion time (1.00a.m. until 5.00a.m.) will not enjoy the promo rates.
Can I enjoy the promotion rates if I make calls out of the promotion period?
No. Any calls made out of the promotion period (1st August 2010 until 30th September 2010) will not enjoy the promotion rates.
How do I make IDD calls from my mobile phone?
To make iTalk calls from your mobile phone, just dial 1800-87-3636, the call will be automatically terminated. Wait for iTalk to call back and answer the phone. Follow the voice instructions and you’ll be ready to get connected to the number you wish to call.
However direct calls from the phone book can be done if you are user of iTalk Mobile Dialer.
How will a call be charged under this promotional period?
The charging block for this promotion is 30 seconds per block.
Do I enjoy special rates if I make iTalk calls to other countries?
Any calls made to other countries/destinations than mentioned in item 2 are not eligible to enjoy the special rates
I am a Home Prepaid customer. Do I enjoy the iTalk Promo Rates?
No. The promotion rates are not applicable for Home Prepaid Account users.
Do I enjoy the Promo rates for calls from mobile only?
No. You can enjoy the iTalk promo rates if you make calls from TM fixed line and also from mobile line.
